So we have this opportunity to get a free 1980 DODGE SPORTSMAN RV.
All we have to do is have it towed. We are talking with people to see what they think and who we know that would like to help/teach us how to do some of the repairs that are needed.

My wifey is talking to her father about it at my request because he is very knowledgeable but is now talking her ear off and I owe her big time.
Any thoughts? Love to hear them.
My only thought is, make sure there is some life in the engine. You can clean up anything, lipstick on a pig, whatever you want to call it, but the bones and guts have to be strong. Just my two cents which probably only equals about a half a cent with the exchange rate��
ReplyDeleteThanks RV Jedeye :) After talking with a few people (also saying the problems out loud) helped us to see that as excited as we are to get going (Has been in talking stage on and of for a couple of years) we do want to make sure we can live in it safely and move it around safely. Just a bit to much for a first a couple of first timers. I am a mean machine when it comes to putting together IKEA.. but I feel the importance of this is not making things work with a few screws missing :P
